What people admire about me/case management quality: I come to case management with five years of special education teaching experience under my belt. As a teacher, the parents I worked with admired my passion for working with children with special needs. Here is where my passion lies and why I enjoy case management! I am a strong communicator and am determined to meet deadlines in a timely fashion. Together, I work with my clients to ensure their needs not only met, but that they are happy with their services.
How to best connect with me: I primarily visit clients in their home Tuesday through Thursday, with office days on Monday and Friday. I can be reached either via email at email@example.com or phone at 513-315-7675 during regular Connections business hours, Monday- Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
What is important to me: In my professional life, it is most important to me that I am readily available to my clients, whether that be in person or via phone/email. I enjoy developing relationships with my clients and their families, so I'm always available to provide whatever Waiver advice I can or provide a listening ear. I am constantly on the prowl for new services and providers in Madison and Hancock County that my clients could utilize.
In my personal life, my sweet husband and precious little girl are most important to me. We three are smitten with our Bichon pup named Bud! As a family, we enjoy exploring new places with our daughter, going on walks with Bud, and going out to eat!
Abby currently serves Madison and Hancock Counties.
