What people admire about me/best case management quality: I am always very responsive when it comes to the needs/concerns of my consumer. I pride myself on always being authentic with my families and connecting them with resources and information to better help ease a situation or concern. I love connecting with my families and clients outside of quarterly meetings. I enjoy keeping regular contact with them to maintain a positive relationship with the consumer and their family. I feel that having a family member with Autism has helped me better my case management skills and relate to families in ways that has helped build our relationships and navigate different issues together.

What is important to me: Advocacy is very important to me and showing support for my clients/families in order for their voices to be heard and valued. It is important to me to maintain consistent, regular contact with my families/clients. I like to make sure all questions/concerns are answered in a timely, efficient manner. I also believe it is important to build a relationship with each of my families/clients in order to maintain a consistent, positive relationship in their life.
