I believe that people admire the fact that I have true, genuine empathy for their situation since I have a child on the Family Support Waiver and I have been in their shoes. They like that I am a good listener and take time with them; I make them feel validated and heard. I try to always have a positive, approachable demeanor as well, which helps people feel comfortable. I believe that my best case management quality is responsiveness. You never have to wonder if you can get in touch with me or whether I will respond to you.

What is important to me: My faith and my family come first in my life. My husband and I have been married for 20 years and we have three teenage sons. Also, advocating for those with special needs is a non-negotiable in my life. Not only do I love doing that for my clients and their families, but I have two special needs sons of my own.
