Connections Case Management understands that our mission, values and objectives will be best supported in your role as case manager by providing support to our case managers in the same manner. Connections understands that employees are more than just case managers. They have families and lives outside of their professional careers. Our company values the health and well-being of our employees. We understand that if we provide supports that allow our employees to have a quality life at work and home, via a good income and personal time away from work responsibilities, the return will be in quality supports for those they serve. To that end, our employees are provided with three weeks of PTO plus nine holidays, a retirement program, and individual support when work stress is overwhelming.
Everyone in the company provides case management services. Each case manager is part of a smaller, regionally based team of 3-6 people which allows for direct quality support and monitoring by a supervisor. Additionally, your role as case manager is supported with an open and accessible team concept. The owners, directors, supervisors, and case managers are responsive and accessible to each other on a non-hierarchy basis in order to best utilize each person's knowledge and experience. We feel that if someone, from owner to employee, has a need for information or professional support we need to be there for them. Because Connections serves all 92 counties in Indiana, employees are encouraged to use any and all forums to connect with colleagues and utilize a team approach to case management.
