What people admire about me/best case management quality:
I am a hard worker and knowledgeable on the waiver programs and policies. I have three years of waiver case management experience, with prior experience as a direct support professional in the field and I am also a psychology degree graduate. I am very passionate about people and I have always known that I have wanted to work in social services. I am person centered and laid back in team meetings. I enjoy connecting with others and encourage meetings to be a conversation.
How to best connect with me:
I am aware that everyone prefers a different method of communication, so I attempt to make myself as accessible as possible through various methods. I am available by phone/voicemail, text or email to respond to questions, comments or concerns. firstname.lastname@example.org
What is important to me:
In case management, it is important to me to build rapport with each client, family and team on my caseload. It is important to me to create a space for each individual to be able to express their wants, needs and desires in their team meetings or otherwise. In my personal life, my family, friends and pets are important to me. I love all things that have to do with outdoors including gardening and hiking. I also love to write and get creative in my spare time.
Kathryn currently serves Hamilton, Tipton and Madison counties.
